This is the rear end of a Lexus unlikely to appear in a porn site. A suit by the automaker objects to certain other rear ends (and so on) appearing by that name.
Toyota Motor Corp. is worried about where two metro Detroiters are choosing to park its luxury Lexus name.
The Japanese-based automaker filed a federal suit Thursday in Detroit, alleging Mario Mendoza, 26, and Katie Lynn Krzywdzinski, 24, both of Dearborn, broke trademark laws by using "Lexus" as the name of a pornographic Web site and of a site star.
The suit alleges the site "uses the mark 'Lexus' in an unwholesome and unsavory context" and "is likely to tarnish and blur the distinctive qualities" of the car model …http://www.freep.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20070601/BUSINESS01/706010404/1014
