Hello all,
Thanks to warmer weather, fewer trips, and 5 gallon gas cans I filled-up at $1.92 back in March, we have not purchased gas since 4-19-07. Further, we have been averaging a little over 70 mpg on most trips. Our goal is to last through the expensive summer months. We will give it a try.

Are you adding stabilizing chemicals to keep the gas from going bad?

Yes, we do use gas stabilizer.

Hi Ed:
___The Ranger’s last fill was on September 13 and she has been on low fuel for over a month :) The Accord is once a week if I like it or not :(

We have good and bad news. Although we still had reserve fuel to use, today we found gas for under $3.00:D so we decided to fill-up Opec Nightmare (also, we really wanted to know how we were officially doing on MPG). So we are no longer in the Club.
The good news is that on 1,330 miles, we averaged 78.2 MPG. :Banane44::Banane33::Banane01: We are getting closer to our goal of 100 mpg on a full tank.
