Didn't the ORIGINAL Hummers have a doodad to sense and
maintain tire pressure? Plenty of prior art, in any case.
"inventor available for television interviews" pops a bright
red flag up in my mind, too...

I still think one oughta work for it, i.e. go around with a
bicycle pump... the only reason I could think of for wanting
a fast, automatic system would be if I was out doing guerilla
filling of OTHER peoples' tires.
