Occasionally the Cleanmpg site tries to send me mail, such as
to notify of new private messages. This used to work, but
with recent host changes or whatever, the mail.cleanmpg.com
machine is misconfigured. It appears to connect to a target
mailserver, and then say "HELO localhost.localdomain". This
is promptly rejected at my mailserver, and probably a few others
as well [it's a good anti-spam trigger]. Please fix this,
and make it HELO with a real live name that can be looked up
and verified in the public-facing DNS.
.
Again, this is a recent development, so it's possible that
someone knows what to reconfigure based on what was done on
the previous mail-sending machine.
