Hi y'all please can someone help me out here? My honda civic hybrid auto stop function is not working. what can i do?

There are several car settings that will prevent AutoStop, by design:

1. Having the transmission in S (Sport?) mode.

2. Having the ventilation system set to defog. There are several settings that will do this, I think. Just try setting it back to Auto mode, for starters, see if that helps.

Umm: that all I can think of, off top of my head. There are a few "transitory" conditions: car not warmed up, sudden stops, for example, that will also prevent AutoStop, but I guess this is a consistant condition?
