I was just looking around and wasn't sure if anyone saw this. It looks pretty good, but looks like a little too much glass.

I agree with you on this. Way-Way to much glass. The HVAC Electric or not would work itself to death trying to keep up. This design may look good on paper but it will never IMO be built.

Now that I think about it, the people that now live in the much Hotter regions of the USA already have extra Tint added to their vehicles to help control the Heat in the summer months.
