To Canada at least ;) Canada Shell just spent 400 million upgrading refineries. Us Canadians sure love to pay more for efficency and reduced emissions... maybe Honda diesel civic sometime soon? No way! :D

Hi Phil:

___We are finally seeing the < 30 ppm gasoline here in the Chicago area and not just in the ultra-expensive Amoco Ultimate premium unleaded. This alone is by far the best way to lower an automobiles overall emissions with today’s very advanced CAT’s vs. any other fuel cocktail forced upon us by local or national mandates.

___I cannot wait to see what the 08 and forward diesels can do with ULSD?

___Good Luck

___Wayne
