After I started tracking my tanks I noticed there was a steady decrease to my FE. I finally decided to start shutting off my car while coasting to stop lights and boy did it pay off. My last tank was 37ish miles per gallon. This fill up I got 41ish! All I can say is these methods are awesome. Thanks for the advice everybody!
Where I work most people drive mustangs, and lifted trucks. I love it when they complain about gas prices and I can drive 230 ish miles and only use 5 1/2 gallons.

It's taken me about 3 years to finally get to this point. It started back in '08 during the first gas hike, my father-in-law told me about this guy who was doing all these crazy things to get awesome gas mileage (turned out he saw a spot with Wayne talking about hypermiling). Since then I'd been trying and trying for better gas mileage, once I got a scangauge the results went through the roof.
Also I'm pretty sure my neighbors think I'm crazy, I don't have a automatic garage door opener so I open the garage door, push the car out, shut the door then finally start the car and leave. It's good fun.

And people say that car drivers don't get enough exercise...
