www.snopes.com (http://www.snopes.com) is the place to check up on urban myths. I see stuff that looks like chaing mail or other redundant stories, it's usually addressed their and tells if they are true or not.
Two stories merit additions to www.snopes.com (http://www.snopes.com) as bogus:
CNW Marketing's Dust to Dust "study"
The Sudsbury Nickel mine article (http://www.mailonsunday.co.uk/pages/live/articles/news/news.html?in_article_id=417227&in_page_id=1770) that has toxic pictures from the 1970's then attempts to charge it's all because of the nickel in Toyota Prius batteries. If someone can simply and effectively make a case that would include an entry on Snopes, it could save a lot of time proving these stories are totally bogus.
