Here is a link from Yahoo Cars. It is nice to see Ford has a couple of cars in this field. I thought the Chevy Cruze has had a lot trouble. I could be wrong on that. NOW, can we build a car Better then the Insight or Pruis? http://autos.yahoo.com/articles/autos_content_landing_pages/1718/gas-mileage-40-mpg-is-the-new-30/

If you doubt that these cars will actually take you 40 miles on the highway for every gallon you pump, well, your skepticism is justifiedWell, if you drive 80mph you probably won't get 40mpg. But the current EPA highway ratings are significantly downrated from what they were before 2008. Honestly, anyone who can't beat THESE highway drivings is driving way too fast.

Let's hope we can get something better than the prius! Haha But at least we are able to evaluate what has really worked so that we CAN eventually develop the car that has amazing gas mileage, roomy enterior and of course the looks matter to quite a few car owners. I think the driving ratings are pretty easy to meet and like the other member stated, they would be driving way too fast if they needed anything more than that!
Thanks for sharing the link :)

Of the 4 cars, the cruze is the heaviest, just over 3,000 pounds, maybe a little much for the 1.4 engine, but is not that far away from the other 3...
