I was jogging around my neighborhood last night.
A small pickup truck was stopped at where a residential street intersects to a boulvard. Not knowing if he was about to get on the road, I decide to just jog behind him to avoid to possibility of getting run over. As I was passing, he just stayed there chating on the phone with the engine idling. :mad:
Trying to be somewhat dispassionate, it's better than being in motion, but maybe he should have just parked until he was done talking.
