After only a week feeling the joys of Scangauging, I'm now looking at one of these new gizmos: http://tinyurl.com/24fey4
Best price here: http://tinyurl.com/22ubwr

The idea is for de-tuning a near new Yaris liftback 5-10%. It's plenty fast as is, and I'd like to go from my current 40 mpg around town nearer the 50 I was used to in a 16year old Metro xfi.

Any thoughts, please?

Mark

Never seen one of those. How much is that in American money? Looks like it is made for the Japanese market so hopefully someone in japan can answer the question.

I'd like to know more about what it can do. The more I know, the likely I'll take a chance.

According to XE.com, it's about $331.

Or someone who's deal with dealing in Yen. Besides, the second link provided is in US Dollars, at $317.50. The first link, as answered by Debbie, is about $332; the exchange rate fluctuates, but it's generally around 110 yen = 1 US Dollar for estimating purposes. (And it's 2 USD = 1 British Pound, and 1.40 Candian = 1 USD. Now you can deal with the major international currencies.) ;)
