It's not a bicycle, but it's still a human powered vehicle. I got this recumbent trike used from a guy in MN on Oct 16. It's a 2010 model and he said his wife put about 300 miles on it. He was by far the best person I've ever done business with over the internet and he gave me an excellent deal. I've put 358.1 miles on it so far, and it's definitely one of the most enjoyable (and comfortable) things I've ever owned. I commute every M, W, F on it (~40 miles R/T) to college.

That's sweet! It does look comfortable.

How do you steer it?

I actually get that question a lot. The 2 front wheels turn just like car wheels. Surprisingly it has a very tight turning radius. I can do circles in my road without running off the edge if I wanted to. It has direct steering, meaning you move the handles on the side of you to turn the wheels. There is a linkage that connects the wheels together, so you wanted to you could steer one handed. That's the best way I can explain without actually showing you.

What's it weigh? Can you hook a trailer to it? (I'm guessing yes ;))

It used to weigh 32 lbs stock. Not sure now with the fenders and rear rack that I put on. It's actually the lightest bike I've ever owned though. A trailer is definitely ideal, especially for those who do touring with their trikes.
