Perfect, I love the irony

In our area there are graduated licenses requiring you to sport L (learner: dead-green drivers, must be accompanied by someone with full license) or N (novice: one level up, not full license yet) magnetic decal on the rear of car. Way too often it's those N's weaving in and out of traffic, tailgating.

He must be feeling lucky cause its 10/10/10 (Or so those chinese would have you believe)

Yes I sure can.
The DFW LOOP- I-635E- is crazyland. Maybe it is the thin air-(it is elevated about 80-100 ft in many places), but folks just drive crazy on it.
In the rest of TX folks are reasonably polite-on 635E- crazy!
