Today's JOTD award goes to the idiot racing down I-94 in the Loop at 9:30PM.
I was leaving the left-hand entrance ramp on Adams when I hear an extreme Doppler-shift noise in the lane next to me. I look over, just in time to see a black car zip out of sight 1/2 mile ahead, doing AT LEAST a buck-twenty into semi-heavy traffic.:eek:
Its the second time in my life I've called 911 due to sheer excess speed. I gave the dispatcher the description, but the car was probably at the Junction by the time they got the call. :(
