1995 f-150 302 5.0L need to improve mileage. going to add synthetic oil and adjust tire pressure. what else?

Read through the link in my sig. How you drive it is the biggest factor. Take the tires to sidewall, syn lube in the engine, change the rear differential fluid, change the transmission fluid, and replace the air cleaner with a fresh new one.
