(Erin, Ont) On Wednesday, November 15th, 2006 at 12:11 pm, Constable Henry HEIDINGA of the County of Wellington O.P.P. Traffic management Unit was conducting speed enforcement on Wellington Road 124 in Erin. The officer observed a 2007 Toyota Yaris travelling at a high rate of speed westbound on Wellington Road 124. He activated his moving radar and the vehicle entered the beam and recorded a speed of 155-km/h in a posted 80-km/h zone.
Madeleine SUMMERLEE 24-years-old of Guelph, Ontario faces a charge of Speeding. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph P.O.A. Court on December 20th, 2006 to answer to the charge.
