If you believe in this pattern, this year's biggest loser is next decade's dynasty team:

1959 - Packers finished last then won 5 NFL championships and first two Super Bowls in the 60's
1969 - Steelers finished last then won 4 Super Bowls with perhaps the most Hall of Famers
1979 - 49ers finished last then won 4 Super Bowls in the 80's, then another in the 90's....Montana & Rice arguably best ever at their positions
1989 - Cowboys dead last then won 3 Super Bowls in 4 years in the 90's
1999 - Patriots go from first to worst, also wining 3 Super Bowls in 4 years.
2009?

For me, a toss-up between the Browns and the Rams. I picked the Browns, but it's basically a coin flip. I think neither team's players believes in the coaching and won't play, are looking to get out. I think Detroit will have a losing season but will certainly capitalize on their win today.

STL now has the longest losing streak, I think at 13 games. Will be interesting to see if they can surpass the Lions' 19 games.

To my amazement, the Browns beat the Bills
