You spelled "steelers" wrong.
:p;)

With me, it's a toss up between Dallas and New England.

After picking the Boys I probably should have gone New England.

Back in the 90s when every Green Bay - Dallas match up meant a Packer lose it was different. For many years since then Dallas just hasn't been much of a serious threat.

Can you change my vote to NE chuck. :)

I changed the number tally, but note "Dallas Cows" will still be italized

If they were any good, Oakland would be my most hated team, but they are too pathetic to be hated.

Upon reflection, I know I picked either the Plowboys or the Pastyots. However I give honorable mention to the Baltimore Browns (a.k.a. Ravens), so long as they still have that loudmouth Ray Lewis. Also consider that they started the trend of cable channels with reality shows following their training camp and playing up the drama.

Maybe we could ask for most hated player in the NFL.....that definitely should be Brett Favre - NOT!....let me think about it. :p

There's no way for me to vote for my old hometown boys St. Louis Cardinals - I feel robbed, it was like growing up without any football. Don't even get me started on the Rams......

I'm not sure what's worse, a team that was as bad as the Cards or a team from LA LA land.

Thanks Chuck, for giving me the chance to throw a little hate on at least one of them.

Cowboys have the owner I hate the most. The Steinbrenner of the NFL. The Patsies have the coach I dislike the most. Cowboys win my vote based on the tie breaker of having the nerve to call themselves "America's Team."

Cowboys win my vote based on the tie breaker of having the nerve to call themselves "America's Team."You can credit/blame GM Tex Schramm for that....he didn't invent the title, but promoted it once he heard it. Tom Landry advised against it. The team laughed when they saw it on NFL films...Staubach later writes the team would have preferred Schramm forgotten it, as it was the ultimate billboard material for opponents to stew on.

Bob Ryan (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Bob_Ryan_(NFL_Films)&action=edit&redlink=1), the Vice President and editor-in-chief of NFL Films (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NFL_Films), coined this for the Cowboys in 1979 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1979). After preparing and editing the team’s 1978 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1978) season highlight film he had to come up with a title for the film. [7] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/America%27s_Team#cite_note-6) He was quoted as saying:I wanted to come up with a different twist on their team highlight film. I noticed then, and had noticed earlier, that wherever the Cowboys played, you saw people in the stands with Cowboys jerseys and hats and pennants. Plus, they were always the national game on television.
During the Cowboys' first game of the 1979 season, a nationally televised game against the St. Louis Cardinals (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arizona_Cardinals) (which Dallas won 22-21), the television announcer for CBS introduced the Cowboys as America’s Team and the name stuck.
Dallas's Hall of Fame coach Tom Landry (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tom_Landry) originally did not approve of the appellation of America's Team. He felt that it would give opposing teams extra incentive to play harder. Eventually he gave in and actually came to like the name.
