San Francisco, CA. -- Esurance is presenting Star Trek Movie Night at AT&T Park on Monday, April 27, when the San Francisco Giants take on the LA Dodgers at 7:15 PM PST.
Star Trek Movie Night celebrates the May 8 theatrical release of director J.J. Abrams' upcoming film, "Star Trek." Star Trek Movie Night includes a special ticket offer for fans to participate in Star Trek themed activities, most notably the pre-game Ultimate Trekkie costume contest.
Star Trek Movie Night fans will have the opportunity to purchase special tickets by visiting SF Giants Special lEvents (http://www.sfgiants.com/specialevents) . The special ticket holders will enjoy a pre-game party in the Scoreboard Plaza where they can come dressed as a Star Trek character, for a chance to win a night on the town in San Francisco and screening passes to the new Star Trek Movie. Special ticket holders will also receive a free Star Trek branded foam finger, and a complimentary beverage voucher. Finalists for the Ultimate Trekkie costume contest will be escorted down to the field for the pre-game festivities where the grand prize costume contest winner will be announced prior to the start of the game.
Throughout Star Trek Movie night, fans at AT&T Park will have the chance to win free screening passes to the new Star Trek film in San Francisco, enjoy Star Trek movie trivia, and see clips from the new movie on the HD DiamondVision prior to the start of the game on April 27.
