I like that I'm able to place the sg-II in line with my other gauges, so I don't have to divert my eyes like I did with the SG-I placement. Now what to do with the SG-I? If I thought my wife would use it I'd put it in the Ody, but she can't be bothered with it...

hm i put my bulky one on top of the windshield dash, those stickies work well to keep it there. My eyes don't have to bob up and down too far, and when I'm really lazy I use the speedo/RPM on the scangauge than on my civic since its closer... I only peek when I FAS since the scangauge freezes for 5 seconds or so ;(

Does the scangauge have a *really* simple hookup, like one plug
to the 12V and one to the OBDII port, requiring no wiring at all?
Because it seems that if you have to dig in even a little bit
more than that, it would be WELL worth installing an injector cut
at the same time and avoid this whole reboot-on-FAS idiocy.
.
There's NFW I'd use the key for that. Abrupt power-cycles on
a computer are generally bad, period.

Got mine today (9/14). Can't wait to get my work done so I can get it plugged in and set up.

Hobbit - the hookup is one plug. The 12V comes from the OBDII according to the manual.

Hobbit,

echoing libertyfarm, there's one wire for the SG-I/SG-II.... one end hits the OBD-2 plug where it picks up the 12v source, and the other end goes to the SG unit. I love simplicity :)
