___Just heard on the BBC of a rumor about Toyota needing a bailout within Japan shortly?

___I will do some snooping around after a few more News Stories but this rumor was quite unexpected!

For the car-financing component it seems. More details will arrive later no doubt.

Were I the Japan govt. I would turn down this request because last I heard the company still has a big bucket of money. They may be just trying to avoid pouring from that bucket.

I heard that on the way in...it was Toyota Financial Services that asked for help. They got $2B USD according to the report.
