I think there is a pretty good article (look for "article" link off the homepage) on FEH. Can't give you a clue on the wrench. If you have a ScanGauge you can scan for codes.

When the wrench came on with mine, it was that my HEV battery filter was dirty. I picked one up at Napa and it has been fine ever since.
