In the mid 80's the Jeep Cherokee was the first modern SUV and started this trend.

Woudn't you like to know it's built other than Toledo, Ohio?

Then there is the Jeep Liberty (:flag:) ...this flag-waving name is inconsistent with the two other places it's assembled other than Toledo.... :eek:

FSP with the almost criminally misleading name of Liberty.

Assembled in fine American towns including: Toledo; Cairo; and Valencia, Venezuela.

We have got to do something in this country about entrusting our way of life to those who want us dead.

Venezuela especially.

If its made by people who hate us enough that Pelosi and Rangel came to Bush's defense and told their dictator that he was out of line (in so many words), it cannot be advertised as anything remotely patriotic.

After learning what I did tonight about the Jeep Liberty, it's name makes me want to vomit.

BTW, the Cherokee is also made in Beijing.

Anyone think the Jeep Liberty be rebadged the Comrade? Or maybe the Guevarra?

Don't forget about the Jeep Patriot...You can get a 4cyl man and its rated at a dismal 21/25 mpg.
