Just wanted to say hello to the cleanmpg forum people, I'm new to the site but have been an outsider for a few months getting tips on more efficient driving habits and I'm looking forward to starting out my own MPG log.

Welcome to the club. Make sure to read "Beating the EPA" in the articles section and consider purchasing a ScanGaugeII.

A scan gauge could be very useful but spending extra money to tell me what my foot input is doing is over rated to me at the moment.

6 months from now when I'm now financially burdened then I will probably get one.
