Interesting site that pokes fun at how irresponsible it is to own and operate a hummer.

The less rolling steel per vehicle and the more bike riders the better. Let the gas prices soar.

That is just so wrong on so many levels.
Granted, I'm one of those Mother Earth Raping, Big Truck driving guys who gets about 10mpg on a good tank if I'm lucky. So what do I know.

Bad idea. It's dangerous, illegal and unnecessary. Most HUMMER owners are fully aware of the stigma carried by the brand. A lot of them attribute the anger of environmentalists to simple jealousy. In a lot of cases this is true. Look at the price of a HUMMER compared to an Expedition or Tahoe. Hence the reason why there are fewer HUMMERs out there compared to other FSPs.

With few exceptions, driving a Hummer is all about image and the best thing that has happened is the recent spike in negativity associated with it with $4.00 gas...no need to vandalize one.
Again, we do not endorse or condone vandalism here.

I wouldn't want anybody messing with my Prius, which is subject to plenty of criticism (however irrational) of its own from the other side of the fence. Likewise I'm not about to touch a Hummer, Escalade, Ram, or anything else for that matter. To take part in such nonsense would be utterly juvenile and only widens the unnecessary divide between "us" and "them."

Story/Video of vandal caught in the act > Hummer keyed at Carroll High School (http://www.star-telegram.com/804/story/913334.html)
Southlake, Texas -- Police asked for help Tuesday to identify a man captured on a motion-activated video surveillance camera who is accused of keying a 2008 Hummer in the parking lot of Carroll Senior High School.
The unknown man caused $2,220 damage to the vehicle which was owned by a student, police said.
The incident happened about 11:40 a.m. on Sept. 5 in the school parking lot, 1501 West Southlake Boulevard.
Police got a video of the incident from a surveillance camera mounted on the Hummer.
The video showed the man carving an “X” on the driver’s and passenger-side doors.
The vandal is described as a white man about 50 to 60 years-old with short, white hair, wearing dark sunglasses, a dark-colored shirt with horizontal stripes, tan shorts and sandals.
Police believe the man left in a light brown or gold Honda or BMW.
Anyone with information should call the Southlake Department of Public Safety at 817-748-8128.

It's completely inexcuable, although I have to ask about parents buying their student a Hummer. :eyebrow:

Though putting a D and thinking that's really cool is really really really stupid, the videos of Hummers getting stuck is funny to me. Idiots doing stupid stuff to themselves = funny. Idiots doing stupid stuff to other people = *******
