I wonder if Terry just had a heart attack ;) ___Good Luck ___Wayne tigerhonaker 07-27-2006, 10:54 PM :bananahuge: :woot: Terry :Banane37: Man this is going to get really Good. :smilingface (52): tiger :Banane39: Man this is going to be some kind of Show, I think I am Falling in Love: :banane58: tbaleno 07-27-2006, 11:17 PM :Banane48: philmcneal 07-28-2006, 04:42 AM :Banane08: haha man too many to choose from, i can't even scroll to the right to get more choices! brick 07-28-2006, 07:23 AM Wohoo! :Banane06: I may never again write something meaningful, just pages and pages of dancing bananas! Don't need no stinkin hybrid: :bananalama: HyChi 07-28-2006, 07:45 AM Wow! this is one wild and crazy banana party going on!!! Sex, drugs, and rock 'n' roll! It'll be a hot time in the ol' town tonight! I think they are hysterical! :Banane16: :Banane20: :Banane40::Banane08: TonyPSchaefer 07-28-2006, 01:23 PM Ok. This is the appropriate thread. How does one (namely me) put smiley into the post? xcel 07-28-2006, 01:29 PM Hi Tony: ___When replying, hit the Go Advanced button under the post form. From there, wherever your cursor is, click on one of the emoticons and it will appear into your post at the exact place your cursor blinks. After a while, you may remember the bb code itself and simply type it in as you reply. ___They are really cool but a post can get out of hand pretty quickly if emoticons are used in excess. I like to use the basics more then many would probably prefer to see and then there is Terry! I do however like the Llama w/ the Crazy banana on it however :D ___Good Luck ___Wayne :bananalama: xcel 07-28-2006, 01:29 PM Hi Tony: ___When replying, hit the advanced button under the form. In the admin panel, could you make the original smilies appear before the new ones to make it cleaner? The standard ones will be used more, so should be first. To do that, assign the numbered order of the originals 1 thru 12, and give the rest number of 13 or more. tbaleno 07-28-2006, 02:58 PM ok, All Done. Chuck 07-28-2006, 03:08 PM This is cleaner looking. :) TonyPSchaefer 07-28-2006, 10:49 PM Hey Wayne. Thanks but I don't see emoticons when I'm Advanced. I see a text box, the Post Icons, and the "Additional Options" underneath. I have checked in FireFox and IE. Is this a setting that I have to trigger in my personal settings? I was going to post a screen shot, but I can't figure that out either. tbaleno 07-28-2006, 10:51 PM Do you hit the "Go Advanced" button below the quick reply, or the aA button. You need to click on the button labled "Go Advanced" TonyPSchaefer 07-29-2006, 01:07 PM This is starting to get embarreassing but I want to get it resolved and documented on the board just in case someone else has the same problem in the future. Since I can't figure out attachments, I've taken screen shots and posted them online. This first one shows what I see with Internet Explorer: http://www.geocities.com/tonypschaefer/Priapus/IE.JPG The second one shows what I see with FireFox: http://www.geocities.com/tonypschaefer/Priapus/WithOutAdBlock.JPG The third one shows FireFox with AdBlock. Interestingly, AdBlock has the icons listed as elements of the page, but you can see that they are not blocked. http://www.geocities.com/tonypschaefer/Priapus/WithAdBlock.JPG xcel 07-29-2006, 04:13 PM Hi Tony: ___That is odd, isn’t it? Along the entire right side of the entry form, there is a list of emoticons bobbing up and down, dancing, and waving etc. on every machine I have connected to CleanMPG with. They are blank on your screenshots as if they are being blocked? ___Tell us what you see when you connect to this link since this is the page where the emoticons are listed in their entirety: CleanMPG - emoticons (http://www.cleanmpg.com/forums/misc.php?do=getsmilies&editorid=vB_Editor_) ___Good Luck ___Wayne tbaleno 07-29-2006, 08:27 PM I noticed you had your message edding set to basic editor. I changed it for you to have it show extra formating controlls. See if you can see them now. TonyPSchaefer 07-29-2006, 09:52 PM HEY!! I see them now!! Thanks. This one shows why I don't need to compensate for anything with a Hummer. :Banane26: tbaleno 08-08-2006, 09:43 PM Ooops. GONE tigerhonaker 08-08-2006, 09:52 PM Ooops.
