I took a new route to meet up with wayne to replace my egr. On the way to his house my fcd read 63mpg or so.

On the way home it read 71.4 over the 35 miles or so. I wasn't doing anything I don't normaly do. Though wayne made me take another clinic ;) so I might have been subconciously affected. (I don't know how he puts up with the frustration when I don't do what he tells me.) I think just driving with wayne gives you some FE karma.

___I am glad I could help on the EGR replacement although I did not do anything but basically watch … Just seeing the HCH-I’s EGR being replaced is good knowledge for future HCH-I owners who may have a similar replacement of their own to deal with in the not to distant future.

Yeah, it was a piece of cake, and I knew it would be. I just needed confidence, and thats what I needed you there for ;)
