My accord has me puzzled. Mostly it is during NICE-On coasting. Sometimes my car idles at ~800RPM, then for whatever reason it jumps up a little over 1000RPM... I don't understand why it idles differently when in neutral. I've checked it with the A/C on and off, the results are the same.

I'm wondering if this is changing from open to closed loop or something weird... Any thoughts?

the SG shows it staying in closed loop, and switching from low idle to high idle. Anybody else observed this in their Accord? Maybe Wayne has...

___Not in particular. At higher speeds, a NICE-On will have some of that as the AT and ECU controlling the ICE are intertwined. At idle, I have not seen it in my 7th gen.
