is there any scangauge issue with telling scangauge you filled your tank with more fuel than your tank can hold?

to keep the load light I'm not going to top off the tank for a bit. Just track how much I put in and total it all up when I fill.

___The Tank size does not change any of the calc’s for FE but you will have a problem with any kind of DTE and gallons left numbers the ScanGauge puts out if your fill and or tank is not represented within the Scan Gauge’s setup.
