Picked up some info from GatorJ on GH on buying a Keyless Entry Keypad for the FEH. The new keypads were on Ebay (Buy It Now) for $45 plus $8.99 for shipping. They were listed for the 2000-2004 Escape, but it works great on my 05 FEH. These are the OEM keypads the dealers installs which operate with RF, the same as your Fobs. No need to wire or drill, just stick them on and follow simple programing instructions provided. It took about 10 minutes for me to follow the instructions to install and program without tools

Already saved me a few trips into the house for my Fobs and allows my kid to unlock the FEH like my EB Explorer with the same 5 digit code. This thing was not worth 2- $300 for me at my dealer, but not bad for $53.99. Love my new keypad and thought I’d past on the info for CMPG members.

I would like this for my HCH2 so when I go diving, I can lock the keys in the car.

Just figured out how to upload photos, so check out my "Little Mule" and the keypad installation.

Sledge, I'm a diver also and you don't want to have your key fall out of your pocket while diving. Having a keypad is like having insurance so you will never be locked out and have to call a locksmith. Now I can put my hide a key inside the car and lock it.

I'll probably get a spare key, put it on a lanyard, and keep it inside my drysuit insulation.
