In big cities rude drivers happen. :(

Some of you might say I should have reserved this action only if he was truly a dangerous, and I won't disagree.

Story: Just passed an accident at 5pm Friday, going up the long ramp to the Bush tollway (Hwy 190 from US 75). Doing 45mph on the ramp, the tollway is 60, but pack is 70-75. Thirty yards from the end of the ramp, a black Accord makes like he wants to "push", me so I slow to 40 and add a little wiggle to let him know I don't care for his intimidation. Somehow wasting his time over those thirty yards merited giving the birdie, then he made sure his left whip around me was another epithet as the ramp ended. Took a picture, then decided to gently speed past the pack inconspicously. Two miles down the freeway, I merged ahead of him. My camera is typically cocked and ready to go on the passenger seat, and he saw me take a couple of shots. They were not all that good, but he did back off and drove a lot less agressively. Yes, it was a gamble because there are some nutcases on the roads. I believe most questionable driving behavior would vanish if drivers believed it would be on camera and might have to answer for it. I was playing with his mind.

For some reason, I bet that guy never would have done the birdie at a big rig. ;)

I heard somewhere that by placing a picture of eyes near the coffee pot at work (the eyes could be very crude) people would be more likely to put money in the can to buy more coffee). Maybe if the government invested in some signs on the highway with just eyes on it people would feel more selfconcous about speeding and driving agressively.
