Do certain gasoline vendors have "better" gasoline than others? The "Beating the EPA" article says to buy high-BTU-content gasoline, but I'm not sure where to go to do that. Any suggestions?

I'm not expert, but the only thing I heard that effects FE is E-10 being worse than straight gas, and here's a great thread about that point http://www.cleanmpg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11342
