June 28 (Bloomberg) -- OPEC President Chakib Khelil predicted that the price of oil will climb to $170 a barrel before the end of the year, citing the dollar's decline and political conflicts.

really bad news..... they predicted $150 a barrel by July 4, we are a week away...

___It certainly is not wanted but it was not entirely unexpected. I doubt anyone including the Peak Oiler’s thought it would have come on so fast given there really is not a shortage so far?
