Collective Mind Question:

Scangauge rebooted halfway through a tank. When I fillup would it be better to do a 2-tank recalibration or adjust this tank with a huge 7 gallon offset?

Don't do huge offsets -- the gauge doesn't work that way and will calculate everything at way lower numbers than what you actually achieve. When you adjust the gallon offset you are actually adjusting the calculated consumption rate per unit volume of air measured.

Just use the offsets you had before and do your best for the remainder of the tank -- then calculate the old fashioned way at the pump (as we do with every fill anyway).
