Please hear me out - this is not just a snapshot of a bad driver.
I'd like to ride with one of these drivers and make sure there are hypermilers along their commute in non-rush hour traffic.
Situation I'm looking for is like this morning's: hypermiler in the righmost lane of a 6-lane freeway, pre rush hour, emergency flashers on well in advance of the tailgater. Driver from behind tailgates anyway for 15 seconds or so then makes the rude left peel anyway. They were not preparing to exit.
I'd love as a passenger to ask: "Why?"
Pending an answer - this is sheer senselessness.
