I had an hour on the new bike last night in the dark down trails, through some woods, etc. - great fun (I have decent lights!).

Last night, 2UP, mild 55°F, detour #8 which was much slower than normal due to a soccer match plus slow queue after motorway stretch, headwind E4:
    42.1 / 23.1

This morning a lorry was on it's side at a roundabout  which caused a long tailback so I was later than normal so much bigger queue to get to traffic light section, cool 37°F, head/crosswind WSW5:
    44.6 / 22.6

    Tank down 0.3 at 44.8 (FCD 47.1) / 370.1 / Range 225 . Guess gauge F____|««««E . UG up 0.1 at 44.3 / DTE 228

    Half tank at 348 miles

    Jealous ! Today , 12 deg F. 35.1 miles , 50.41 MPG.

Tank is at 189.4 miles , 53.75 MPG.

I noticed recently that both of my license plate bulbs were out.

I'm wondering if I damaged something by closing the hatch on some oversized
cargo ( my Giant mountain bike ).

Bought some LED bulbs from amazon this morning , sure hope they fit !

    Sounds good Edwin! :D

Last night, 2UP, 55°F, made it to motorway (with usual down and up the junction trick), bit of a queue after motorway stretch (becoming the norm), decent run, tailwind W4:
    44.7 / 22.4

Uneventful morning, detoured traffic light section, 39°F, great run - best commute this year even with slight headwind W4:
    49.3 (FCD 52.0) / 22.9

    Tank up 0.1 at 44.9 (FCD 47.3) / 415.4 / Range 180 . Guess gauge F____|_«««E . UG up 0.3 at 44.6 / DTE 186

Lost fifth pip at 348 miles

Had a nice 55.6 home last night.
Only 48.9 this morning, colder and foggy. Had to run AC to prevent fog inside.

Tank is still up a tick to 47.9 / 474.

    Good work Andrew :D

Last night, 2UP, 46°F, motorway again (this time with 2 down & up the junction tricks), massive queue after motorway stretch meant a longer detour, crosswind N4:
    42.7 / 23.7

    Tank down 0.1 at 44.8 (FCD 47.2) / 439.1 / Range 155 . Guess gauge F____|_«««E . UG down 0.1 at 44.5 / DTE 162
