Mazda June 2016 Sales Overview Mazda reported it sold 26,188 in June, a decrease of 3.8 percent versus the 27,223 sold in June of 2015. Year-to-date sales of 145,354 are down 8.6 percent vs the 158,995 sol through the first 6-months of 2015. Mazda June 2016 Sales Highlights In its first full month of sales, the all-new 2016 CX-9 achieved sales of 1,904 vehicles, up 20.7 percent over the 1,577 outgoing and outdated CX-9 model. As this is the first sales month with limited availability, sales of this all-new Mazda should improve further as the summer moves into fall. 2016 Mazda CX-9 Market Share Detail In June, VW market share was down a significant 0.5 percent from its previous 2.1 percent share.
