    Kia December 2015 U.S. Sales Overview

    The record-setting December total of 54,241 vehicles increased an exceptional 19.0 percent over the 45,587 sold in December of 2014. Kia also achieved more than 600,000 U.S. vehicle sales in any given single year for the very first in company history.

    For the year with eight consecutive monthly sales records behind it, Kia announced it achieved an all-time best annual sales of 625,818 vehicles in 2015, up 7.9 percent over the number sold in all of 2014.

    Kia December 2015 U.S. Sales Highlights

    In December, the Optima (13,682, up 15.7%), Soul (12,159, up 22.7%), and Sorento (12,872, up 32.9%) all had a superlative December.

    For the year, Optima established a new single Kia model record of 159,414 vehicles sold, up 0.2 percent over the 159,020 sold throughout all of 2014.

    Similarly, the Sorento had a great year with 116,249 vehicles sold, up 13.4 percent over the 102,520 sold during all of 2014.

    Kia also achieved its six millionth vehicle sold in the U.S. since 1994.

    Subaru December 2015 Sales Up 12.7% with 56,274 Vehicles sold, up 13.4% for the Year.

    Audi 2015 Sales Up 11.1% with 202,202 Vehicles Sold.

    The auto industry posted strong December sales of more than 1.64 million vehicles, up 9.3 percent over the 1.5 million sold in December of 2014. For the 6th consecutive year, sales were up over the prior year as the automotive industry sales reached a record 17.41 million vehicles sold surpassing the year 2000, when 17.4 million vehicles were delivered.

    The seasonally-adjusted annual selling rate (SAAR) for light vehicles was an estimated 17.8 million units in December.

    The profitable Light Truck segment accounted for 56 percent of the overall market.

    Hi All:

    Kia has begun using Christopher Walken as their Corporate Spokesperson. Not sure if Blake Griffin is done but I did not like what he offered anyway.

    Here is one advert that should be in this years Superbowl.
