Oh, I don't know. One of our son's 6'-7", he's driven our car a few times, no complaints. I've never really asked him though. I'll text him, see what he says, post.

I bought an inflatable lumbar support off Amazon for mine if I need to take a long trip in the car.

A hour or two it isn't a problem, but when I took a five hour drive across the state, after returning close to ten hours later my back was killing me.

The seats in my third generation are in no way anything close to Volvo seats when it comes to comfort on long drives.

I have no trouble with back pain in the Prius no matter how long I'm in the driver's seat, but then the car was designed for someone my size. :) I hope to sit in a gen 4 someday, just to see what it is like.

I loved the seats I had in my 1985 Supra...

    Hi All:

The 2017 Toyota Prius PHEV-3x or 4x reveal is just a week away and here is a teaser of the rear end.

Notice the Dodge lineup like LED racetrack design across the rear spoiler?

This also looks a lot different than the 2016 Prius' rear lighting design. Could the Prius PHEV be a completely different car on the same platform?

I'm really looking forward to this. What do you suppose the 3X and 4X mean ?

Tell them they need Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. That's holding me back from considering a Gen 4.

me , I've had Apple CarPlay and Android Auto in every car I've had since 1989. I can't imagine driving without it !

    Hi All:

Last night Toyota was running a TV advert here in San Diego on the all-new 4th gen Prius touting $1,500 cash on the hood plus great lease terms etc. Finally the next price break on the all-new 4th gen Toyota Prius has arrived with more than a $3k discount depending on your region. The main pic is the most popular pkg 3 along with ~ $3k off while the pkg. 2 Eco, the 58/53 mpg rated model, can be picked up with an even better deal.

Wow! Also the first time I've seen TrueCar say their dealers will provide the price.

Coincidentally, I just saw my first 2016 Prius an hour ago... Or at least I think it's my first. My mind plays tricks sometimes and I forget things like that, so I may have seen one before but didn't file it away in my brain.

Edit: It's really sad when the most fuel efficient car in the world has to resort to cash on the hood to sell...

I did work with a Truecar dealer when I bought this car 4-23-2015. The dealer who seemed to have the best price was Arlington Heights Toyota. Ultimately , I ended up going with Toyota of Naperville ( and maybe paying $300 more ) because the other dealership was not convenient for the free maintenance stuff. Truecar will suggest a number of dealerships , and they WILL call you. :) Btw , isn't it irritating how Truecar will try to steer you into a more "popular" loaded-up model ? I'll bet the dealerships pushed them to do that.

But it's good for us, eh ?

For me, I could get my free service done at another (closer) Toyota dealership.

Sure, but I can only use so many cars, and my timing is usually atrocious. (i.e. buy high, sell low; not good) The local Toyota dealer which shall rename nameless will not be getting any more of my business. When I was attempting to sell my Pip, they offered me half of a low-ball offer that I got elsewhere. The car's worth much more to me so I kept it. Insurance and excise taxes aren't going to put a dent in what I would have lost.

I picked a 2016 Prius 3 with ATP Saturday and the car is astoundingly good for mileage. It's not perfect, but it's a darned good commuter car. Needs better seats, the cloth seats are not comfortable at all. That being said, here's what I managed on my trip to work today. Not bad for someone who is just getting to know the car. Imagine what I'll be doing after a month or two with it.

    Hi All:

I have not found a second confirmation to this piece of news just yet so it is still just a rumor but I was told the Prius will receive an AWD option for the refresh next year.
