    RIGHT!!
    Last night
Arty woke me up at 2:30 to go out-probably because our niece is visiting-sleeping on "Arty's" futon.
She-Arty not niece-also did a walk thru and whine at 4:30am for no apparent reason-since she didn't want to go out.
Guess she figured she wasn't comfortable-so why should we sleep soundly.
She sleeps on a think old sleeping bag when she isn't on the futon. Not uncomfortable by dog standards-but Arty has higher standards I guess!

    Hi Charlie:

My pup is good to about 07:15 to 07:30 and then its time. Three is no denying its time to get up and go out side as you will not be sleeping for the next hour if you disobey the "rule" :D

We found a good way to keep the dogs off our bed.

    We keep the door closed.

This way , we're good until they evolve thumbs.

    Pup is very cute.
Still trying to stuff himself into a favored "box"-long after it is hopeless.
Hey 7-7:15- Arty-and the cats-wouldn't go for that!!
Luckily for all of us-I wake up at 5 am anyway.

I had two beautiful long-haired cats , brother and sister. Hair was EVERYWHERE.

Now we ( spouse ) have three large dogs , all short hair , but we still have to suck up the hair every other day. I'm thinking I prefer dogs that don't shed , like my sister's standard poodle.

    Arty-geyhound-not much of a shedder.
In fact no doggy odor to speak of.
I'm not fond of doggy odor-you would think we would be insensitive to odors
1 or 2 biggish dogs 4 cats or so-most of there last 10-15 years.Cats the last 30+ years.

Greyhounds are good that way, and very healthy/long lived for large dogs..
