Unruly passenger taped to seat on Icelandair flight

A passenger who became unruly after allegedly drinking too much alcohol had to be taped to his seat on a trans-Atlantic flight, witnesses and authorities said.

A startling photo of the subdued man ended up on a blog run by New York businessman Andy Ellwood, who said he received the picture from an acquaintance who witnessed the incident.

    Andy Ellwood:
His friend did not want to be identified or talk with the media, Ellwood said, but he recounted the story to him in detail.

Ron Marsico, a spokesman for Port Authority of New York & New Jersey:
According to the NY Post, prosecutors declined to charge him because passengers were reluctant to talk about his outburst to authorities, The New York Post reported.

So what have we learned boys and girls :D :D :D

Tape over the mouth was not a good move, if he vomited there's a high probability he would start choking, and if he drank enough liquor to go crazy like that, I'm surprised he didn't vomit.

He must have been spitting screaming.
Not a great idea if you don't want him to die
But a great idea if you don't care-and just want him to shut the F up.

It is a wake up call for any mischief makers. After 9-11 passengers are not going to sit there like wall flowers and let someone disrupt a flight or be a drunken idiot as was the passenger on this flight. Did you notice once the airlines and passengers decided they were not going to put up with a certain religious group, who would put two or three men on a flight and start up with the psychological games during flights, notice that we no longer hear any stories of their activities? They threatened both the airlines and passengers who intervened with lawsuits and thankfully the courts sided with the airlines and the intervening passengers. Instantly the games stopped and the testing of passengers and crew reactions vanished.

There was a Russian flight a few months ago where there was an unruly passenger threatening to blow up the plane. When they landed they had the police and an ambulance waiting for him. The passengers beat the living snot of him and tied him up until they got to their destination.

Bunch of drunk Rooskies?? Meaning ALL the passengers
Yeah probably beat him like a drum.
The Rooskies have a MUCH BIGGER Terrorist Muslim problem than we do.
Not some many years ago-they took over a theater-1000 people or so
Set BIG bombs-no doubt with ball bearings-all over it
The Rooskies Pumped in HUGE quantities of Sublimaze-a synthetic very fast acting opiate
Doubt it was actual vaperized- probably a mist.
Well it worked-don't think they managed to set off any -or many of the bombs
or shoot anyone(or many) there were plenty of them-Chechins I guess

Unfortunately-the Rooskies DIDN'T have NARCAN on hand- which they would have needed to reverse-block the resp depression( you stop breathing and you pass out)-
They would have need 2000 vials or so-for the 1000 or so people
So a couple of HUNDRED of the folks they were supposed to rescue -DIED.
Yeah-the Rooskies-went in plugged all the unconscious terrorists(maybe a few not terrorists-not sure how they could tell who was who)
But all in all it was... who knows.
Don't know who thought up the Fentynl(sic) plan- but neglected the NARCAN
It is usually used in anesthesia-MDs-Nurses-and maybe in ICUs(on vents)
and it is also in Lollipops-for kids-
    Probably in patches also
Obviously the Rooskies don't really mess around much with their Terrorists-but it is easier to take a hard line there-since collateral damage of their own isn't given as much consideration as it would be given here
Yeah-bet they beat him like a drum-lucky he was alive!!

I'm sure he'll be suing the airlines by Monday.
