    Hi Nd4speed7:

___If we were to include that adjustment, nobody could be compared to anybody. Even the EPA locks down the combined at 45/55% split whereas we lock it down to 50/50. In the city you should achieve higher FE than on the highway as long as it is not miles and miles of stop and crawl from light to light type stuff as can be found in many areas of Chicago, LA, San Francisco, New York City etc. That one will more than likely not be changed as we all hold ourselves and each other accountable to our car’s EPA combined.

I often wish there was an area where one could define the type of driving most often done with their vehicle- I'm a good example: I drive my vehicle exclusively (almost) for work purposes and very nearly all my miles are of the highway and secondary road variety (and the terrain I drive is most often gently rolling hills and flat surfaces), therefore, my totals may be substantially higher than someone driving the same vehicle in other-than-optimal conditions. I guess one could put that information in the box provided for an individual tank too...
    Thank you,

    Hi Brian:

___I include notes with most of my tanks in the space provided. You cannot write a book but there is enough space for details to sort out what is going on in most cases. More work on your part however if the % city/highway is not enough.

Is it possible to make MPG a sortable column the same way date or city driving is? That way with the click of a button you could quickly find someone's (or your own) best and worst tanks.

    Import capability.

If http://www.fueleconomy.gov/ surely we can do it as well. I also noticed a few years ago that the kWh didn't seem to function when calculating MPG. Does it give a kWh to Gal equivalency?

There shouldn't be a limit. There are several people around here with 3 separate logs for vehicles...

I'm with Dan. I use a tracking software and can export. That's the only place I do individual log entries (other than my paper log).

Been said before, but as a reminder, I'd like to see an easy way to links to a member's mileage logs for each of their vehicles in their profile. It's tedious to search through the mileage logs for a particular person's vehicle.

    1) inactive (say after 12 mths) moved to different table - this will become significant because, CleanMPG is getting lots of press and in 12 months is likely to have 5-6,000 members

    2) have a fourth category (elite w/ oak leaves ? ) which would kick in after, say, 50,000 miles. This would grant those 140%+ long term drivers the special status they deserve.
