Use old or revised EPA guidelines?

For everyone who has a vehicle older than 2008 (most here I presume), when calculating your mpg compared to epa estimate, do you use the standard as when the car was new, or the new revised estimates based of the new formula? I have a link for anyone not familiar with the revised estimates.

We use the old non-revised numbers at this site. I always found them to be about right, anyway.

Now, with hypermiling, that's a different story. ;)
