Ford?s Transit Connect Taxi?s ready for the Big Apple

In a PR from Ford this afternoon, New York City officials named Ford Transit Connect a taxi of today, green-lighting the nimble, fuel-efficient vehicle for use in the Big Apple. The New York Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) approved the Ford Transit Connect Taxi for use at a regularly scheduled public hearing today. New York joins Boston, Chicago and Philadelphia on the list of big cities where officials have approved Transit Connect Taxi for use.
